Electronic Payment

ParentPay is the unique web service that lets parents make secure online payments by credit and debit card to schools and to school suppliers.

Parents log into their own secure pages to see a list of items available to their child. ParentPay even keeps a history of all past payments made. Thousands of parents are making safe and convenient payments every week safe in the knowledge that money has reached school. No more raiding the money box on a Monday morning or frantically searching for the cheque book!

It’s simple to get started with ParentPay. All you need is your unique username and password and a credit or debit card that you want to pay with. We will issue you with your username and password, so if you have not received one please contact the school.

All students are issued with a personal card to purchase food.

Each student’s personal card can be pre-loaded with money. There are two methods of loading funds onto the card;

Online – using our current electronic payment facility, ParentPay. Simply log on to ParentPay and follow the instructions.
Cash – there is a machine available in school to add funds using coins and notes. The machine will accept tender from a 10p piece up to a £20 note.

If your personal card is lost, please report it to the kitchen staff. There is a £2 charge to replace the lost card.
